Important Notice to Parents:
Please take note of the following child safety guidelines while visiting the Tree House

Age Requirements:
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times while visiting the Tree House. Parents on gaming floor are not considered to be supervising a child in the arcade. Children 12 and under may not be left unsupervised anywhere while on property, including the concourse, hotel rooms, arcade and parking areas. Between the hours of 11pm and 7am children 16 and under may not be on the concourse unsupervised.

Security:
Security Staff is on hand for your safety. They will be contacted whenever an unattended minor (under 18) appears to be distressed, hurt or abused.

Conduct:
Please, no food, beverages or smoking in the Tree House.

The Tree House is not responsible for lost or stolen items, including but not limited to: redemption tickets, vouchers, prizes and personal effects.

For your safety and the safety of others, running, jumping, climbing of the tree or any unsafe behavior is discouraged. Behavior which is deemed unsafe or inappropriate of a family environment will result in eviction from the Tree House.
